  • The Night Reads Back

There is something haunting about reading at night. The world falls silent, clocks soften, and suddenly a stranger written decades ago understands you more intimately than the people sitting beside you in daylight. A good book does not interrupt your loneliness; it sits beside it gently.

Reading is a strange kind of intimacy. You sit alone, unmoving, in absolute silence yet your heart travels through burning cities, quiet oceans, old heartbreaks, revolutions, childhoods, and futures that do not exist. Few things are lonelier than reading, and perhaps that is why few things feel more comforting.🌻🌻

  • A Forgotten Star

I have seen beauty and I have seen terror. These small, curious, time worn eyes have witnessed both birth and ruin, life crawling softly from the dark, and death swallowing entire worlds without remorse. I have stood at the edge of the unknowable and watched existence breathe.
And God, I have seen magic.
Not the fragile kind born from tricks and illusions, but the ancient magic stitched into the ribs of the universe itself. I have felt its resilient pulse, its fearless heart, its unshakable gravity pulling eternity through my veins. I have felt a force so potent, so immeasurable, that language fractures beneath it. Human words are too mortal for what I witnessed that day.
The universe chose me. I was the chosen one!
Out of billions of wandering souls and half-awake hearts, it turned its infinite face toward mine and said: You. Not loudly. Not cruelly. But with the quiet certainty of constellations arranging themselves across doomed skies.
My universe. My terrible, beautiful baby.
It unveiled itself before me like a sacred wound opening beneath starlight. The heavens did not merely shine, they descended. Stars spilled around me like celestial embers escaping the palms of creation itself. They moved. They breathed. They spoke in silences older than language.
    And then,
They gathered. Slowly. Deliberately. Like ancient gods taking their rightful thrones in the dark.
A galaxy. Yes, Disha! The Milky Way!
Not merely of stars, but of manifestation, grace, longing, destiny, eternity. A living cathedral of cosmic fire trembling before my mortal eyes. The very beings I whisper to in solitude, the celestial children I love with an absurd, aching devotion, stood before me breathing within that fleeting hour as though the universe itself had briefly forgotten the distance between dream and reality.

I could have died then. Perhaps I should have. But what is death before a moment so divine that even time itself kneels in reverence? What is mortality before the infinite finally choosing to reveal its face?
I did not feel fear. I felt recognition.
The Cosmos looked into me and found a forgotten star.

  • The raindrops on my windshield!

There’s something special about raindrops! Isn’t it?Especially when they’re on my windshield. Then Everything seems blurry and my well planned future seems delusional. I so love it. My alter self loves it. The the uncanny and uncertainty destroying my deadlines and life cycles. Giving me sense of peace and pleasure.Raindrops derails my trail of thoughts demanding my eyes. The essence to be captured! Raindrops shout out to me, carry me with you D! Pull me up in your rugged arm and make me sleep beside you! This sky today is your shelter, sleep under it. I’ll be there even when there will be stars. You’d want to see them bright, clear like the ones you dream of in the Milky Way! But I’ll tease you! Asking you to think, think and imagine of how it will look. Yes, the Milky Way. The galaxy you love. I’ll push you to dream of a comfortable star gazing workshop, or a sleepover with the love of your life! But you won’t find the answers.
Instead you’ll sit in your well earned small car chamber, drive, drive and drive! You won’t clean the windshield. Instead you’ll like to detect the people, the poles and the zebra crossing. It’s wrong D. But you’d do it! And you’ll listen to me. You’ll ask me to sing your favourite nostalgia to you. You’ll smell the petrichor and eat a little of the soil. Dreaming of the delusional life. I’ll make you realise D, life is as inevitable as death. The cosmos is as impulsive as patient! I’ll be singing! I’ll be raining! Blurring your well planned future! The great great vision and the ambitious circle of life. Delusional chances and faded options. The derailed life plans and unmet deadlines now! Reminding you life is now! Now D! I’m life. The blurred windshield! This is You, This is Me and This is life! Stop planning and look at me On your car windshield.
